Circle of Trust

Trust is defined as reliance on the integrity, strength, ability, surety, etc... of a person or thing. As I reread this definition I begin to realize that all of these components equal a good player and as good players practice and train together, they hope to evolve into a good team. Although my thoughts relate to sports, they can also relate to friendships. When it comes to friends or friendships, my personal belief is that one should surround oneself with people one trusts; people who you believe in and who believe in you and would give you the "shirt off their back" if you needed it, and you'd do the same for them, no matter what the case may be. These should be people who would not do anything to intentionally hurt or undermine you, under any circumstance.

My definition of trust - a fragile component of life that gives light to a broader perspective of someone's character. What do you think? What does circle of trust mean to you? Who is included in your circle? These are the few of many questions that I asked myself before the game. Players, take the field!
