When trying to establish a company or do anything for that matter, we all know that you have to research. In other words you have to learn your craft. Eventhough one person cannot do it all when it comes to building a company, he or she can learn endless amount of information within their company's field. It can benefit the individual as well as the company. Books, Books, and Research is the key in establishing and building your business. I found out about this book a while back on the Johnny Cupcake website and decided to give it a shot and read it. It's all good stuff and if you plan on starting, or have a business, then you should read this too.
